Description
Acrylic, textured primer, ideal for interior and exterior surfaces of plaster, concrete and surfaces coated with water-based paints. Improves the appearance, hiding power, adhesion and durability of GRAMATEK Acryflex Acrylic Plaster and GRAMATEK Acrysil Silicone Plaster. It improves the bond of adhesives for levelling compounds on non-absorbent surfaces. Improves the bond of cement and lime-based plasters on substrates made from concrete, brick, compressed concrete blocks.
Surface Preparation
Surfaces to be primed should be smooth, clean and dry, free from grease, dust, loose or flaking paint. There should be no loose grains or materials on the surface.
Product Preparation
The product can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. Acryflex Primer is ready to use, but, if necessary, it can be diluted with clean water up to a maximum of 5%, depending on the surface and the area of use.
Application Method
It is recommended to stir Acryflex Primer very well before use. Drying time is 45-60 minutes. If needed, two hands can be applied only after the first hand has been completely dry. Do not apply on it before it dries. The temperature of the application surface should be minimum 5°C-30°C. After the applied Acryflex Primer has completely dried, after 24 hours, the application of GRAMATEK Acryflex Acrylic Plaster or GRAMATEK Acrysil Silicone Plaster.
