Surface Preparation
The surface should be dry, clean, sound and free of dust, oil, dirt or adhesion preventive materials. Repair of surface defects with a depth of up to50 mm should be done with GRAMATEK Mortex MT-30,24 hours before application. Application surface should be moistened with water if necessary. After the surface cleaning, the surface is suggested to be primed with GRAMATEK BetonContact or with GRAMATEK Acryflex Primer and allowed to dry for 1-2 hours in order to increase the adhesion strength and balance the surface absorbency.
Product Preparation
25 kg Suva SV-10 is added into approximately 5-6 liters of clean water and mixed with a low-speed mixer so that no lumps remain. The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5-10 minutes and used by mixing again for 1-2 minutes. The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2-3 hours.
Application Method
The application is done with a steel trowel The surface should be smoothed with a gauge. Application thickness should be between 2 mm and 7 mm. After the plaster has discharged its water, the surface should be clovered and the final corrections should be made with a damp sponge.
