1. About us

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website https://gramatek.al and to orders placed with Gramatek, a supplier of building chemicals and technical products based in Tirana, Albania.

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Sections marked “for consumers” apply only to individuals buying for personal use. Where a separate supply agreement exists with a customer or distributor, that agreement takes priority over these Terms.

2. Products and technical information

Our website presents GRAMATEK products and their main characteristics. Product descriptions, application instructions, drying times, coverage and other technical data are provided as general guidance, based on standard conditions. Results on site depend on the substrate, weather, temperature, preparation and application method, which are outside our control.

Before use, always read the product label and technical data sheet, test compatibility where needed, and follow good construction practice. If in doubt, contact us for technical advice. Packaging, formulations and specifications may change; the information on the product label applies.

Nothing on the website is a binding offer.

3. Safety

Some construction products may contain substances that require care, such as cement, lime or resins. Follow the safety instructions on the label and in the safety data sheet, use suitable protective equipment, and keep products out of the reach of children.

4. Orders

Products cannot be bought or paid for directly on the website. You can place an order or request an offer by phone, email or through our contact form. An order is binding when we confirm it, together with the price, quantities and delivery terms.

5. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices, discounts, payment terms, delivery times and delivery costs are set out in our offer, order confirmation, supply agreement or invoice. Please check the goods on delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery document.

Store products as instructed on the label, protected from moisture, frost and direct sunlight. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

6. Complaints and warranty

If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us as soon as possible with the batch number, photos and order details. We will examine the complaint and replace or refund the product as appropriate.

For consumers: you have the rights provided by Albanian consumer protection law.

We are not responsible for defects caused by incorrect application, unsuitable substrates, failure to follow the instructions, or use beyond the product’s shelf life. For business customers, claims are governed by the supply agreement or, if none applies, by the Albanian Civil Code.

7. Product reviews

You may write reviews of our products. Reviews must be honest, relate to your own experience with the product, and must not contain offensive, unlawful or advertising content or personal data of other people. We may moderate, refuse or remove reviews that do not meet these rules. Your name, rating and review are published; your email address is not.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photos, technical information, the GRAMATEK name, product names and logo, belongs to Gramatek or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, up to date or free of interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Albanian law.

10. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Tirana, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update at the top.
